My brother and his now fiance flew out here to California for a little vacation, and he was ready to pop the question. His best friends and I were there to help celebrate. We drove up to Santa Barbara and enjoyed wine country all day, ate delicious food, and had a fabulous time. Congrats Phil & Libby I love you both. Thanks to Chad and Rachel for the location scouting!
